How does credit consumption work?
Each AI image generation costs exactly 4 credits. When you select options in the AI Studio (e.g. generating 2 variations), the total cost is shown transparently (8 credits) before you press Generate. If any generation fails due to network issues or filters, those credits are refunded to your account balance automatically.
Do one-time credit packs expire?
No! Credits purchased via one-time packs (Starter, Medium, and Studio Creator) never expire. You can use them whenever you wish, today, next month, or next year.
How do subscriptions renew and how do I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date each month. You can cancel anytime with 1 click in your Billing settings or by emailing our support desk at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, meaning you keep all remaining credits until the cycle ends with zero further charges.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day first-purchase money-back guarantee on initial credit purchases provided the credits have not been consumed. Duplicate charges or verifiable service outages are also fully refundable. Read our full Refund Policy in Terms of Service.
What AI models are used for generation?
Generations are synthesized using the recognized mainstream AI model Google Nano Banana (model ID: google/nano-banana-2-lite, developed by Google), running on Cloudflare AI Gateway enterprise GPU infrastructure. See our AI Studio Model Disclosure.
